Providing the latest technology and expertise, including hyperbaric medicine, St. Bernardine Medical Center's Wound Healing Center delivers an interdisciplinary approach to wound care.

The hyperbaric oxygen chamber will treat diabetic ulcers, pressure ulcers, infections, compromised skin grafts and flaps, and wounds that haven't healed within 30 days.

All of St. Bernardine Medical Center's Wound Healing Center physicians and staff have undergone specific hyperbaric and wound care training at Ohio State University. Our multi-disciplinary team includes general surgeons, specialists in internal medicine, infectious diseases, and more.

Wound Healing Center will help heal patient suffering from:

  • Arterial ulcers
  • Compromised skin grafts/flaps
  • Diabetic foot ulcers
  • Ischemia
  • Osteomyelitis
  • Osteoradionecrosis
  • Pressure ulcers
  • Radiation injuries
  • Soft tissue infections
  • Venous statis ulcers
